Injustice If you google information on “Listed Terrorist Groups/Listed Terrorist Groups in the US” in no way will you find the ‘Klu Klux Klan’ listed. However, the ‘Black Panther Party’ can be listed as an “Violent Extremist Group”, either prelisted or “misunderstood”. “ To the communities they served, the Black Panthers were seen as vigilantes. But to law enforcement, they were a threat.” (npr.org 2016) Assumption without knowledge of the reality and unwillingness to learn brought forward blatant irresponsibility and discrimination from those (with Edgar Hoover) accusing the Black Panther Party of being solely violent or having the intent of being violent towards the white community.
