Injustice

If you google information on “Listed Terrorist Groups/Listed Terrorist Groups in the US” in no way will you find the ‘Klu Klux Klan’ listed. However, the ‘Black Panther Party’ can be listed as an “Violent Extremist Group”, either prelisted or “misunderstood”. “To the communities they served, the Black Panthers were seen as vigilantes. But to law enforcement, they were a threat.” (npr.org 2016) Assumption without knowledge of the reality and unwillingness to learn brought forward blatant irresponsibility and discrimination from those (with Edgar Hoover) accusing the Black Panther Party of being solely violent or having the intent of being violent towards the white community. Co-Founder of the Black Panther Party, Bobby Seale discussed on NPR how they were misconstrued and turned around to be called a terrorist group.  “Edgar Hoover's FBI said that the Black Panthers is the Black community's Klu Klux Klan…” He also tried to say the Black Panthers carried rifles to kill white folks when that was absolutely not the case. However, the Klu Klux Klan walked freely without consequence. Today the kkk STILL does, why? Only recently lynching was announced as an official federal hate crime. How is that possible? To narrow it down, for example, how is it that a nation can take action on implementing orders to build a wall to keep immigrants, whom are seeking refuge or "The American Dream", OUT, in order to maintain an "untainted/manageble" society but are unsuccessful at seeing that their own citizens receive equally just treatment regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality etc.? Failure to have acknowledged these things sooner and FIX them rather than putting them on pause or providing less than concrete solutions is failure to protect US citizens and stand true to what the US “promotes”.

Minority Injustices

The purpose of this study is to elaborate on the injustice’s minorities, with a focus on black lives, suffer from by being unprioritized and disproportionately targeted by law enforcement and how it has an effect on civilian pressures and revolt.

Has the government presently made active change for today’s issues or justify themselves FOR themselves by feigning active listening and doing the bare minimum or is it nothing at all?

Minorities, more so and our current focus now, black lives, have been disproportionately targeted by the government, law enforcement, etc. that has sworn to do right by its people and equally tend to its people’s needs but don’t due to pride, kept injustices and systemic racism

                                                        The People and The Government

The American government doesn’t provide for minorities justly, they are unprioritized and disproportionately targeted by a law enforcement who abuses their power.

Research provides extenuating evidence from both firsthand, phone recorded experiences from the people, recovered recordings from recorded law enforcement video as well as well-blended dismissles, discriminations and white washing in public media.

For example, in 2013 a young man by the name Kendrick Johnson was found dead in his high school gym rolled up in a gym mat, that death was ruled as an “accident” due to “positional asphyxia”, which the family highly disagreed with. The suspects (2 white males) father was an FBI agent who was believed to have been able to tamper with evidence. Recently in 2020, amid BLM protests, those same protestors demanded the case be reopened and reinvestigated. Video evidence has since been found to be tampered with at the time of the murder: two cameras were both missing hours of footage and an independent autopsy revealed that Johnson died of “non-accidental blunt force trauma”. You wonder how this can even be possible for something as obvious as being rolled into a gym mat. (wtoc.com June 15, 2020)
